Kim Emile is an Ivy League-educated licensed psychotherapist with over thirty years of professional experience supporting individuals and families. Kim specializes in cases involving complex trauma and co-occurring disorders. She meets each client, exactly where they are in their journey, to help them achieve their desired goals and objectives. Kim provides compassionate care to clients by combining her professional knowledge, loving heart and empathic spirit.
Areas of speciality include life transitions, maladaptive disruptive behaviors, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and anxiety. In addition to practicing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Kim also is experienced in applied behavioral analysis (ABA). Kim is passionate about providing therapeutic support for parents struggling with adolescents or young adults who are developmentally or emotionally stuck.
