Nicole Rothschild, AMFT

Psychotherapist

Nicole’s journey to becoming a psychotherapist started with her own healing. After spending many years working in finance across the investment banking and private equity industries at Goldman Sachs, Nicole felt disconnected, unsatisfied and stuck. Searching for more meaning in her life, Nicole grew interested in understanding her inner world and the complex dynamics in her family, romantic, friendship and work relationships, which led to her changing career paths to pursue a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Nicole completed her graduate training at The University of Southern California. During that time, she practiced as a psychotherapist at Beit T’Shuvah, an inpatient substance use treatment program in Los Angeles, where she provided long-term psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

When it comes to psychotherapy, Nicole employs an integrative, holistic approach; utilizing multiple modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed interventions that allow clients to understand their behaviors and empower them to achieve significant sustainable change. Nicole is passionate about helping you achieve more emotional freedom, authenticity, and meaning and creating a deeper sense of connection with yourself and those in your life. Nicole enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families.
